IMPORTANT REMINDER! Monday, August 17th Standard drop-off and pick up procedures will begin. There will only be car drop off on Ave Q or school bus in the mornings.
MORNING DROP-OFF
We will begin our regular morning procedures. Campus opens at 7:30 a.m. All students will enter through the Avenue Q entrance, with the exception of bus riders. Bus riders will be dropped off and picked up at the Kinder Wing bus loop on 24th Street.
AFTERNOON PICK-UP
Car Riders:
Car riders will be picked up at the buildings on Avenue Q.
Please be patient with us as everyone learns their new routines. The car line may be a little slower these first few days, but we promise, we get faster! As our staff learns cars and kids, and our students learn the dismissal routines, things will begin moving much more smoothly. Just hang in there with us!
CAR TAG REMINDER: Please make sure your car tag is clearly displayed and visible during pick-up.
Beginning Friday, August 21, if your car tag is not displayed, you will be asked to park and report to the front office to pick up your child. This helps us keep dismissal safe and ensures students are released to the correct person.
Bus Riders:
Bus riders will be picked up at the Kinder Wing bus loop on 24th Street.
Daycare:
Daycare students will be dropped off in the morning at the Kinder Wing entrance on 24th Street. In the afternoon, daycare will pick up students at the Front Office Loop. Daycare will dismiss and depart first, followed by walkers and front office pick-up students.
Walkers/Front Office Pick-Up:
Students designated as walkers or front office pick-up will be picked up outside the front office. Please remember that these students are released after buses and daycare transportation have departed. Families looking for a faster dismissal option are encouraged to use the Avenue Q car line.
