🎉 Welcome Back, Meyer Elementary Families! 💙🦉
Tomorrow is the first day of school—Thursday, August 13! We are excited to welcome our Owls back for an amazing year of learning, growth, and fun.
🕢 Doors open: 7:30 a.m.
🚗 Parent Drop-Off: Parents are welcome to walk students to class on the first and second day of school. After that, our regular drop-off procedures will begin.
📱 Stay connected throughout the year by following Meyer Elementary School: Hondo ISD on Facebook and downloading the Hondo ISD app for important updates and reminders.
We can't wait to see all of our students' smiling faces tomorrow! Here's to a fantastic 2026–2027 school year! 💙🦉

Beginning of Year Forms
Online forms will open Friday, July 31st!
NEW and RETURNING HISD students are required to complete the Beginning of Year Online Forms each year. Students who have not completed this will not receive a schedule or find out who their Homeroom teacher is on Meet the Teacher night.
If your address has changed since last school year, please bring a current proof of residency to your student's campus. Enrollment cannot be completed until proof of residency has been received.
